This candle is infused with natural crystals and essential oils including balsam oil, patchouli oil and cedarwood oil. 

To activate the Reiki energy say, "I ACCEPT" as you light the wick.

Each session is 1 hour long.

Trim wick to 1/8-3/16 before every use.
